Core Sponsorship

About core sponsorship

We have been pleased to have our current group of Forum core sponsors for several years now. Before any new core sponsors could join the group, we would of course, be required to check that any incumbent sponsors are comfortable with the new arrangement.

Our longstanding group of Core Sponsors across our forums are an invaluable source of advice and support.

For the core sponsors themselves, the relationship demonstrates at the highest level their strategic commitment to the impartial and constructive discussion of some of the most important issues in UK public policy, through a widely recognised vehicle which commands trust and respect from policymakers across Parliament, government and regulation, and from the other stakeholders.

Benefits of core sponsorship

  • Acknowledgement in communications sent out by the Forum to its extensive senior contacts in Government, Parliament, industry, interest groups and the press;
  • A complimentary ticket for each of the Forum’s conferences (this allocation can be used for conferences in our other forums which may be of interest);
  • First refusal for speaking opportunities, where appropriate;
  • Opportunity to include policy documents in delegate packs for all Forum events;
  • Participation in regular core sponsors meetings - held every four to five months, or more frequently if needed ‐ with first sight of, and input into, the programme of events;
  • First, private notice of all events, with early access to conference agendas;
  • An early opportunity to be consulted on the conference content (subject to the Forum’s commitment to impartiality), or to express interest in sponsoring;
  • Acknowledgement prominently at all events and in all publications (including special section for corporate or policy-related text); and
  • Acknowledgement on this website with corporate links and information.

Suggesting a Conference

We are always busy producing our forward events calendar for new conferences on areas of evolving or emerging policy. If none of our existing conferences were what you were looking for, we always welcome pitches from sponsors to run an event on their preferred sector.

So long as it meets our impartial, professional and commercial criteria we could go forward with the suggested event in close consultation with the sponsor.

To discuss any further information or to suggest a conference please either submit the information below or contact us at sponsorship@forumsupport.co.uk.

Commissioning Your Own Conference

Westminster Forum Projects prides itself on professionally organised and run impartial conferences. However we also lend our expertise to supporting bespoke conferences under client’s branding through our separate Westminster Policy Conferences division. Using our sector-leading organisational skills, access to best pricing on facilities and support, and extensive contacts database we produce white-label conferences to order and to full client specifications.

Westminster Policy Conferences has a long record of organising conferences, receptions and other events on behalf of Parliamentarians, government departments, regulators, NGOs, higher education institutions and business groups.

Our input can be in the form of the total organisation of an event, or more simple customised support to suit individual requirements.

All conferences produced by WPC are treated like one of our own and of the upmost importance to us. They are conducted to the same standard we expect from events under our own brand - currently with over 240 conferences a year attracting speakers and delegates at high levels in Parliament and Whitehall; the education, legal and health professions; the business community and their advisors; third sector and community groups; academia and the reporting media.
